What do I do about a damaged or missing item?
We stand behind all of our products, that they will play and function correctly and that no damage occurs in shipping. If there is a damaged or missing item in the order that you received, please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible so that we may remedy the situation immediately. When emailing, please include your invoice number and any details that would help us. We are normally able to respond to service requests within 2 business days.

What is your product replace policy?
Within 7 days of receipt your order, you may replace the product that is in new condition and receive a new product replacement from over 300 products that we carry. If the return is a result of our error, you will receive the exchange, including shipping costs. Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to give refunds or exchanges on downloadable products or on-line content. At the discretion of the Training Gurukul management, a limited duration or trail extension can be given for online courses but under no circumstances the paid amount shall be refunded.
In any other kind of a matter related to exchange or replacement, the decision of Training Gurukul Management will be final and binding.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. In your email, please indicate the reason for your return, and include the invoice number. Once you have received the return authorization, wrap the item securely in a box and ship it to the address indicated in your return authorization email. Please print a copy of the return authorization email and enclose it in the return package. Items returned without a return authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your own expense. For your protection, were commend that you use Insured UPS or Insured Priority Mail for return shipments.
